Goals, activities and expected/achieved results:

The increasing complexity of space systems demands lightweight, flexible materials that provide thermal management and EMI shielding under strict mass and volume constraints. This project proposes an audible-frequency acoustic structuring approach to control the organization of nanofillers during the processing of polymer composite thin films for space applications.
