Science and Engineering of Polymers and Composites
The objective of the PDCEPC is to provide an educational environment that:
1) encourage students to develop research of excellence and enable them to carry out an updated and in-depth scientific work,
2) provide students with knowledge in the field of knowledge in Science and Engineering of Polymers and Composites,
3) allow students to deepen the formation of cycles with a view to better qualification and preparation for professional life, so that they can contribute to the advancement of current knowledge through creative, autonomous, critical and demanding research in the scientific area of Science and Engineering of Polymers and Composites.
The PhDs in Science and Engineering of Polymers and Composites will be dedicated to performing positions of responsibility, developing and coordinating research, managing complex processes and qualified people, in the industrial fabric and in entities of the national and international technical-scientific system, obviously related to Engineering of Polymers and Composites. Potentially, more entrepreneurial doctorates will develop their own activities for valuing knowledge, through, for example, the creation of high-tech companies, contributing to the development of society.
